Tailwind for your career

The Continuing Studies Programme Offshore Wind Energy is a part-time study programme which combines self-study phases and classroom instruction. It is currently developed and will be offered by the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg which has a teaching and research experience of 25 years in wind energy and part-time continuing education.

Are you an engineer or a manager in wind energy, the maritime industry or offshore industry? The Continuing Studies Programme Offshore Wind Energy is the first specifically designed part-time study programme for the offshore wind energy industry. It provides you with expert knowledge and management experience, and is necessary for your success in a growing and changing industry.

The Continuing Studies Programme Offshore Wind Energy has been tailored to the problems and challenges of offshore wind energy: interface management, coordination and project management have turned out as crucial points for existing offshore wind parks. We want to meet these concerns by putting special emphasis on interface management during the entire course of studies. This is presented along with corresponding technological, financial and legal expert knowledge.
